This link page is so designed to point you in the general direction
of finding the right help in your circumstances it will not hurt
to look at them all.
1. www.bfms.org.uk is a site
serving people and professionals in contested accusations of abuse.
So often the accuser has been indoctrinated into believing that
they really were abused even when they have not. The children in
the Lewis case are almost certainly of that group with both the
mother and the continuers interrogating by social services and in
the stories page you will find the story of Adam where a religious
cult believes all problems in families stem from abuse.
2. www.factuk.org Although this
site is for carers and teachers it so useful for help and guidelines.
3. www.false-allegations.org.uk
for immediate help this is a help line with a phone number you can
ring Monday to Friday 6pm to midnight do contact them they really
care.
4. www.pafaa.org.uk originally
for parents but is changing all the time it has good links and forums.
5. www.parentsagainstinjustice.org.uk
mainly for parents.
6. www.kotae.co.uk/jgc/legal.htm
The best for legal advice in fact we had a lot of help on our legal
advice page from these guys.
7. www.crownoffice.gov.uk
find out what makes the crown tick find people you can write to,
to complain if you are treated badly by the authorities. Remember
also the more you know the more confident you will become to fight
your case.
8. www.lawscot.org.uk The
British law society's Scottish site look for lawyers who are experienced
in your case.
9.www.innocent.org.uk
Is an excellent site dealing with many forms of injustice especially
for those innocent in prison.
10. News forums are also useful get your story out from your angle
you have a voice use it. Most national and local newspapers have
a web site with a forum or bulletin board, so do not take it lying
down get fighting.http://accused-at-lewis.tripod.com/
the birth of faascotland started here we are still fighting
and will not give up until we are cleared. Then we will still be
lobbying to get a change in the law and even try to make social
services realise the error of their ways.
11.Many
of you out there have been subject to the injustices of the Social
services, according to SWIA they are intent on putting that right
and making them answerable to the public. If you have been a victim
of injustice regarding Social services contact SWIA and please let
us know of the out come, we really want to believe they will achieve
their stated goals freedomofinfo@swia.gov.uk

12. Unity Injustice, much to my disgrace I have
only just found this site and wish I had found it a long time ago.
It is full of really good info check it out. Their mission is to
focus on the support and strengthening of the family unit, to help
in advising people the best course of actions other than removal
and adoption of children, we believe that too many instances occur
when a care order is so handy when in fact a course of support provided
interagency would have a more positive effect and work better for
the children in question.
Our missions is to also work actively in defining and researching
support services not readily utilised by the system, so that in
fairness the care order remains the "last resort" as it
should be.
With our specialist skills, we hope to gain skills in new areas,
recruit like minded people and offer local access groups and services
in addition to that which is already in place, we hope to encourage
organisations that are in different fields to work with us so it
becomes possible to realistically offer support that hopefully will
be better received.

more on this group later
15. LOVE our Irish friends with many stories and lots of good ideas
to promote help for the falsely accused. more on this group later.
You can use this page to check a social workers registration. You
can search by name, town where the social care worker is currently
employed, or by social care registration number. To refine your
search results you just fill in more than one field.
The absence of a record does not necessarily mean that the worker
is not registered. Just call us if you do not find the worker you
are looking for.

If you believe the police have abused their investigatory powers
(such as tapping your phone without proper authority, or in some
way infringing on your human rights) you can write to The Investigatory
Powers Tribunal at the address below. However, the police have much
more power than many people realise, and as such, authority can
be given quite legally for actions we may view as abusive and unfair.
This is reflected in the fact that none of the complaints made to
the Tribunal in 2003 were upheld, as indeed mine wasn't.
