Update We contacted the Scottish Executive two weeks ago and put a number of questions to them regarding the research material and any mental health experts who may have been contacted as part of that research. Our questions were forwarded to Sue Hampson and Sarah Nelson for a response. We are disappointed therefore, that so far they have refused to respond to our questions regarding the booklet 'A Can of Worms'. It would be helpful for all to have some understanding of the research behind their information booklet. Rather than reply to our questions, Sarah Nelson is expected to defend the information and advice contained in the booklet in one of Scotland's Sunday newspapers this week. We had expected her to be in a position to answer our questions frankly and professionally, it is disappointing that she appears unable to do so.
