I have been informed that the Rt. Hon Harriet Harman, QC MP, The Minister of State at the Department of Constitution Affairs ( DCA ) has decided to delay the announcement concerning the relaxation of the Disclosure Rules relating to Family Court proceedings. The DCA had originally planned to announce the new Disclosure Rules in April 2006. Now it appears that the new DCA Rulings are to be announced in late Spring/Summer 2006. The main issue is the absolute requirement for the press/media to be present in the Family Courts to report all the details with the exception of the identity of the child/children.

Now who amongst you are surprised ? There has been near panic that once the press get into the Family Court, the true scale of the false evidence routinely provided against parents will be exposed. Hence a blitzkreig of lobbying by social workers and paediatricians. Hence the delay referred to above.

Uniquely for a democracy, this hateful and hurtful court, conducts all its proceedings without the press being allowed to hear and report one word. And so has developed a gulag of injustice that has bred a secret industry which is now so ashamed of itself, that it is paralysed with fear at the possibility of the press being admitted to the court. In a secret court that has barred the press and does not allow any reporting of the details, judgement are made to remove children and have them taken into Care and then adopted.....' on the balance of probability'. If that wasn't enough, there has been serious doubt cast on the integrity of those officials providing evidence to this secret court.

It is acknowledged that Dr. Harold Shipman type characters ( officials ) have been giving their false evidence in the Family Courts. The police in a number of
local authorities are aware. However, ' the secret industry' has managed to prevail on the police not to act. Even the BBC has been involved in investigations and broadcasting programmes that have named and identified the social workers involved in perjured evidence.....Still no action taken.

So what you might ask is the problem that so panics these 'ostensibly law abiding officials '?

1....... The problem is that the the Family Court is a secret court that has allowed an industry to flourish within its walls that is almost completely paid for out of public funds. Yet, none of the officials making the allegations against parents and children and none of those supporting the allehgations are identified.

2 .....None of the very expensive reports and assessments paid for
almost completely out of public funds is published.

3 .....There is no independant scrutiny of what goes on in the court. Those social workers, paediatricians, education welfare officers, psychologists and the rest are completely unaccountable. They are paid whatever they demand; on the basis of the invoice they send in for payment.

4...... A number of those social workers and others who have given false and suspect evidence in the Family Court have also been found to have been involved in child abuse, paedophilia, and other criminal offences. Yet their evidence in the Family Courts has not been reviewed or discounted. Neither has any action been taken against them for their perjured evidence in Family Court cases.

5...... Such is the fear of the press that a new verdict' Guilty But Unproven' has entered the lexicon of judicial judgements. I shall explain:

Parents who have had the cases of abuse brought against them in the Family Court and which cases wer effectively dismissed and the parents awarded costs against the local authority are not allowed to provide all the details to the press, for publication........This is absurd. A case dismissed or a case awarded costs aginst the LA should be proclaimed....just like in any other court. Not Guilty equates to INNOCENT.......We don't have a verdict ' Guilty But Unproven'.

No other court in the land or in the world has such paronia concerning secrecy. The awarding of costs against the local authority who brought the case is a judicial statement " a pox on your house for bringing this case".......Yet the parents are not allowed to provide the details to the press.This is absurd!

This also results in the innocent child having to be 'on guard' and not inform his/her school friends and teachers that the allegations of abuse were false. Whilst all around the child will have a good idea of the abuse allegations, such secrecy ensures that the courts decision cannot be disclosed. This of course suits the social workers who have every intention of maintaining their ' perceived control on all the levers.'

This encourages the local authority to secretly begin a clandestine strategy of collecting more information, sometimes false and fabricated to bring another case against the parents quickly....And ensure their winning ways are preserved.( I have evidence of this )

Which is why it is no surprise that Harriet Harman is having her arm twisted to keep the press out of the Family Courts. Mind you, the press are present in all the criminal courts and report the most horrendous cases involving children. In these cases the press do not identify the child/children involved and comply with other specific Directions of the court. Why then are the press barred from the Family Court ? What is the Family Court hiding ?

The fear is that such is the scale of the scandal involving officials in corrupt practise, submitting false evidence, receiving money under false pretences( for the reports etc ) and the labrynthine connections lacing each one to the other, that Harriet Harman MP would need to have the courage and principle of her husband, Jack Dromey ( Treasurer of the Labour Party ) for her to say " Enough! let the press in".........................That would signal the start of remedial process to bring the Family Court back from its disrepute.

I should explain for the readers who are not famaliar with my reference to JacK Dromey: Jack Dromey is the Treasurer of the Labour Party and is also Harriet Harman's husband. Jack Dromey was surprised about 2 weeks ago to discover that rich business men had loaned New Labour 14 millions of pounds before the last General Election in 2005. As the Treasurer, he should have known about it. It transpired that he ( Jack Dromey ) only found out about the £14,000,000 in loans to the Labour Party, when he read about it in the newspapers about 2 weeks ago. His surprise was made more uncomfortable when he was informed that the great story teller, Tony Blair had not only known about it, but had been involved with those obtaining the loans. Tony Blair ( Prime minister ) has admitted to the BBC and the press of knowing all about the loans made to the Labour Party, when they occurred, before the General Election in 2005. ( Its just the Treasurer who was kept in the dark !)

Jack Dromey ( Treasurer of the Labour Party ) wanted to know...." Where has the money been 'parked' since it was given to the party in 2005 and why didn't he know about it ?" This is a sensible position for Mr. Dromey. Under our financial rules and accountancy procedures, the Treasurer of a business is the official responsible. When questioned by the press, Tony Blair replied " Well, Jack Dromey didn't know because he was only the Treasurer. The Treasurer is a part time position....The General Secretary of the Labour Party knows all about the money and the loans."

When the General Secretary was asked, he informed the BBC and the press, " I don't know anything about the money. The first I heard about this was when Jack Dromey made his concerns known to the press."!!!!!!!

It was Jack Dromey who had had enough. He called a press conference about 2 weeks ago and informed the press that he knew nothing about millions of pounds lent to the Labour Party in 2005, before the last General Election. That then started questions flying around about where the money had been 'parked' in the meanwhile and why all the secrecy about the loans. It then transpired that those making the loans had been offered peerages and knighthoods. And now the Metropolitan Police have begun an enquiry and yesterday arrested the 'chief business introducer', Mr. Des Smith whose job was to meet and lay the groundwork to obtain loans secretly from businessmen.. ....Other arrests of senior figures might yet follow.

And to come back to the Minister, Harriet Harman the Family Court:

Now if Harriet Harman had her husband's courage, She would announce to Parliament and the press " Get the press into the Family Court. Get the police to charge those breaking the law. Name those officials involved, investigate and then charge those who havebeen involved in providing false evidence to the Family Court and all those protecting such villainy.......Name them! Name them! Name them! Name the local authorities involved! Name them ! "............Now that would be a start.
Message to Harriet Harman:

" Minister, Harriet Harman.........The clock is ticking! Have you got the ....s to do the right thing ? ..................Your husband Jack Dromey certainly had........Let the press into the Family Courts...NOW! "
